A marketplace where three sides see three different things

HIBA connects farms directly with people in the city. We designed and built the whole platform: the buyer app, the seller workspace with analytics, payouts and advertising, and the admin panel that keeps the marketplace running.

Before that, the market ran on personal arrangements: buyers had no idea where the meat came from, and farms had no idea who finally bought it. The job was to make the deal transparent on both sides without making it harder for either.

Platform

Thirty sections that hold the marketplace together

Product and advertising moderation, users and access rights, support chats, couriers and their assignments, delivery scheduling and farm collection days, promo codes, and a price reference to check listings against.

Sections open with context: until a store is selected, nine of them stay closed — and the panel says so plainly instead of showing empty screens.

Buyer

An app that names the farm behind the product

The catalogue is grouped by category, and every product card carries the farm that produced it, its rating and the price per kilo. Sign-in is by phone number, with no passwords: an extra step at the door costs more than it looks.

The twist

Search that understands what you are cooking

Nobody searches for “beef chuck, 2.4 kg”. They think “beshbarmak for ten”. Between those two phrases sits knowledge the buyer does not have and the butcher does.

We moved that knowledge into a dish reference: every dish carries a per-person weight and the cuts that suit it. Smart search leans on it — and turns a question about a dish into a basket of specific products from specific farms.

Weight per person
Every dish states how many kilos to buy for one person at the table.
Suggested cuts
Matched to the method: beshbarmak needs a different cut than a steak.
Two languages, one index
The Russian and Kazakh spelling of a dish lead to the same product.

Seller

A farm can see its sales and its money

Revenue, orders and average basket over a chosen period. Next to them sits an assistant a seller can ask about their own sales in plain words — no reports, no exports.

Earnings, the payout minimum and the payment history live in one place: collecting your money does not require messaging a manager.

Campaigns run themselves

A seller creates a campaign without help: name, dates, budget, target region, banner and promo code. It then goes to the marketplace for moderation, and the status shows up in the same place.
